My child has started school but doesn’t tell me what they have been doing all day! How can I find out?

We have an open door policy in Foundation Stage so you are more than welcome to pop in after school for your child to share what they have been spending the day doing. We will update our ClassDojo page with photos of events and activities and are more than happy to chat if you have any queries! You will be sent a link to Class Dojo once you have returned your enrolment forms.

My child has started school and I have noticed they are doing new things, would you like to know?

Yes, we only have the children for a small part of the year and we love to share their achievements at home. We will send home proud clouds for you to fill in so we can celebrate with you when they do things like becoming independent, showing the school values and take part family celebrations or attend clubs. Feel free to also send photos via ClassDojo for us to share and celebrate.

How else will I find out about what is going on at school?

We send all letters and other messages via email to parents so please make sure that we have your email address and notify us if this should change. You can also check the website.
