Dr Sanjit Nichani OBE, a Consultant paediatrician at Leicester Children's hospital has investigated the concerning health implications of excessive screen time on the developing brains of children. 

He has produced an infographic for healthier screen time across different ages in the form of  'five-a-day tips'   for the different age ranges: Birth to 5 years, 6-10 years and 11-17years.
