    Hello Everyone

The teachers and the rest of the grown-ups at school have been thinking about you all lots and hope that you are ok.

The home learning page now has this week's learning menus on. As with previous weeks please do not feel that this is a to do list - you are welcome to do as much or as little as you feel is appropriate for your child.

We have been loving sharing and seeing your home learning photos sent to the teachers at homelearning.3244@st-nicholas.oxon.sch.uk  It has been great seeing smiley faces and finding out about all the things you have been up to in your messages.

Don't forget that you can send in messages and photos so that the St Nicholas Team can see what you have been up to.

    Take care

Please find ideas for learning at home this week  on our home learning page should you wish to add a little adult direction to the time you are at home. We appreciate grown-ups are also trying to work from home so please do not feel like this is a 'to do' list. Play and rest are extremely valuable and we would ask that you priorities these over activities on the learning menus as you see fit.

  • Road Safety Week

Tue 19 Nov 2019 Miss Horne

This week we will be thinking about what it means to be safe on the road and pavement. We have set the children a challenge to make a 'road safety' poster - these can be handed in to Miss Horne or your class teacher.

Children see if you can explain to a grown up:

    Stop Look Listen Think

  • Anti-Bullying Week

Fri 16 Nov 2018 Miss Horne
It’s been Anti-Bullying Week. We launched this with a ‘Friendship Friday’ event last week during which it was lovely to hear the children praising their friends for showing our school values and nominating each other for friendship ribbons. In worship on Monday, we talked about this year’s theme, ‘Choose Respect’ and each class has been thinking about how we can apply this face to face with people we spend time with. We talked about our value of Respect and how it’s right to celebrate people being different.
